The Backing Card has striped lines of varied widths, in light pink, darker pink and white. A scalloped white polka dotted, pink colored horizontal band appears 1/4" from the top of the Backing Card. The band is diecut to allow for the Vellum Overlay to slip under it; pre-punched holes on the Vellum Overlay and Backing Card line up in order to thread the White Ribbon. We recommend that you affix your photo to the backing card with double-sided tape. Assembly required or add assembly to your order.
